The Site is a digital catalogue. It allows you to browse products, view pricing, and initiate an order. The Site does not process payments or collect card details directly. Every order is completed by contacting us directly through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger, where an agent will confirm availability, pricing, delivery details, and payment before the order is finalized.

We make every reasonable effort to display product information, images, and pricing accurately. However, colours, packaging, and minor specifications may vary slightly from what is shown due to supplier updates or display differences. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed by our agent at the time you place your order via chat.

In the rare event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment already made, or to contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

An order is only confirmed once all of the following have happened:

1. You select a product on the Site and initiate contact via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger.
2. Our agent confirms the product's availability, final price, and delivery details with you.
3. Payment is received in full, in accordance with Section 5 below.
4. You receive confirmation from our agent that the order has been accepted.

Browsing a product or sending a message does not, by itself, create a binding order. We reserve the right to decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or delivery is not possible to your location.

Payment is arranged directly with our agent, typically via bank transfer, and must be received in full before an order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store or have access to your card or bank account details — payment is made directly to our verified business account.

You are responsible for confirming that any payment details shared with you match our official contact channels listed on this Site. We are not liable for payments made to fraudulent accounts impersonating OLOLADE EMPIRE.

Delivery timelines are estimates communicated by our agent at the time of order and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier conditions. Delivery fees, where applicable, will be communicated and agreed before payment.

Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect your order at the point of delivery where possible, and report any visible damage or incorrect items immediately, as set out in Section 7.

Because each order is confirmed individually with an agent, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence, via WhatsApp or email.
• Approved returns must be in original, unused condition with original packaging where applicable.
• Change-of-mind returns are considered at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee or store credit rather than a cash refund.
• Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment source and may take a number of business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

This section sets out our general policy. Specific timelines above are our current defaults and may be adjusted by us from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

We source our products through what we believe to be reputable suppliers and represent our electronics and apparel as genuine unless otherwise clearly stated. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by OLOLADE EMPIRE, and is subject to the manufacturer's own terms. We are not responsible for wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, including administrative areas.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission.
• Impersonate OLOLADE EMPIRE or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

All content on the Site — including product photography, layout, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to OLOLADE EMPIRE and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLOLADE EMPIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from delays, unavailability of stock, or third-party courier issues beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
